MARÍA GÓMEZ ALDAZ
In 2007 I discovered the practice of mindfulness at a personal moment in my life where many questions arose and very few answers.. That first course had such an impact on me., that as a health professional I understood that if it was such a powerful tool to alleviate my suffering, it would also be so powerful for others.. So I decided to train in this discipline to be able to help other people alleviate theirs..
