The pursuit of happiness and the reduction of suffering have been desired by humanity throughout history.. But it is well known that the absence of suffering does not have to lead to well-being and levels of happiness do not imply the absence of suffering..

On numerous occasions we find ourselves too alone to take care of our emotional health., which on the other hand is vital in the times in which we find ourselves.
