Mindfulness and compassion is an empirical support training workshop, designed to cultivate the ability of compassion or unconditional love towards oneself.

Mindfulness and compassion teaches basic and practical principles that allow participants to respond in difficult times in their lives with kindness, Attention and understanding, healing the relationship with themselves.

The workshop is designed in person. The participant can choose group or individual modality.

In both cases the duration of the workshop is two and a half hours..
